  Extremely good service. Made 3 large bouquet of wedding flowers for me in under 1 hour. The flowers were absolutely stunning. I was so happy with the service and the finish product I will definitely be returning to buy flowers from J&M

  Absolutely exceptional service from the loverly Jan, couldn't be more thrilled with the arrangement the team at J&M made up for my occasion, delivery was within 1.5hrs of me ordering. What an awesome experience. Thanks Jan you are amazing.

  Jeff provided exceptional service this morning assisting us to design the perfect birthday bouquet. J&M created an alluring array of flowers which were delivered promptly, within an hour of purchase. Would highly recommend J&M Flowers! Thank you Jeff, you made our day!

  Please think twice before using this company!!!! I've never given someone a negative review EVER but I need to express my disappointment and disbelief at the horrible service of this business and their fractured ordering process. After ordering a large bunch of white flowers yesterday for a family friend who had someone pass away, we today discovered the flowers were delivered with no sender and a handwritten message saying 'Test' leaving our friends confused. Really!?!? Who does that! I called to enquire and asked for the manager who was dismissive, defensive and rude. I was so upset I had to give the phone to my husband to resolve with no outcome. All we were told is that they don't question messages because sometimes people write strange messages... and they don't include the sender. Fair enough - but why would anyone write 'Test' on a sympathy bunch of flowers? The website shows the flowers with just codes... so in the process of ordering, there was an option for a Florist Note and I wrote 'This is a sympathy bunch' just to make sure. There was no effort to understand, listen or empathise... no compensation for their mistake. $150 later we are embarrassed and will never use this company again.

  The team at j&m flowers are great. I'm very happy with everything from my purchase to recieving my amazing roses. I will definitely recommend them to anyone after quality flowers..
